Care Training East Midlands and Central Skills are extremely proud of our whole delivery team, including our exceptional NVQ Assessors and Internal Verifiers.

We have Direct Claims Status for practically all our NVQs, which means the accreditors have the confidence in us to let us accredit and sign off our own NVQs. Read more about Direct Claims Status >>

For us to maintain our Direct Claims Status we are still periodically assessed. In these external verifier visits, attention to detail and quality of the finished product are continually commended. However, the verifiers are always particualrly impressed by the commitment and professionalism of our staff.

One External Verifier said, “All members of staff are 'learner orientated' irrespective of the roles they play. The assessors [particularly] pride themselves on the interpersonal skills they apply in promoting and supporting individual student access and engagement.”

We also have plenty of comments from learners and their employers about how motivational and approachable our delivery staff are. One manager, Norma Smith, describes the assessor at Sycamore House as “part of the family.” They work around the learners’ routine, making sure they are are around when they are needed — 7 days a week, morning, afternoon and night.

To our assessors, every learner is an individual. For example, at Ozanam House the assessor worked around a learner's dyslexia by using alternative ways of assessing that didn't require as much writing. So when training with Care Training East Midlands, or Central Skills, you know your employees will be in good hands.
