This means we can supply you with trained staff at no cost to you.

| Vocationally specific pre-employment training |
| As part of the Young Person's Guarantee, Care Training East Midlands and Central Skills can provide you with people who have undergone pre-employment training that is appropriate to your organisation.

| Funded training once in work |
| You may be able to access funds for your new recruit to complete work-based qualifications in an industry-specific subject, such as an NVQ or Apprenticeship.
In-work training we offer >>

| Placements |
| You could take on a volunteer to support your permanent staff. Placements can be for a few days a week and a volunteer can be available at little or no notice.
After the placement there is no obligation to employ the person permanently. If you do choose to employ them it is entirely under your own recruitment terms.
