No on-site parking
Due to being located in The Park Estate parking around Clinton House is very restricted and there is strictly no on-site parking at Clinton House.
Parking at Clinton Terrace without a valid permit (this includes disabled badge holders) will incur a parking charge of £80, with further charges if the car is in the way and needs to be removed. This is policed by the Vehicle Control Services Ltd and is out of Care Training’s control.
The streets behind Clinton Terrace (Western Terrace and Newcastle Terrace) are also strictly residents parking only.
Parking for up to an hour
There is limited parking on Derby Road, but on weekdays and Saturdays you can only park there for up to an hour and there’s no return within one hour. This parking is located to the left of Clinton House (on the opposite side of Canning Circus), across the street from Scruffy’s restaurant.
Be aware that at peak times there is absolutely no parking on Derby Road as it becomes a bus lane. There is no parking on the same side of Derby Road as Clinton House from 4pm until 6pm and on the other side of Derby Road there is no parking from 7.30am until 9.30am.

Parking for up to three hours
The Ropewalk (next to The Ropewalk Pub on Derby Road) has limited pay and display parking Mon–Sat (including public holidays), 8am–6pm, for a maximum of three hours (no return within one hour). There is a £70 penalty charge. However, disabled badge holders can park for free. See below for prices.
You cannot turn right onto The Ropewalk, so if coming from this direction go round Canning Circus and down Wollaton Street (see dotted arrows on the map above).

Parking for the whole day
There is 24 hour parking at Cumberland Place/Mount Street (NG1 6HG). This is the nearest NCP and about a 10 minute walk away. See below for prices.
To get to Clinton House from the car park turn right at the exit. Walk along Cumberland Place — it will become Regent Street. Bear right at the top of Regent Street onto The Ropewalk. Carry on up The Ropewalk until you get to Derby Road. Turn left onto Derby Road — you will soon see Clinton House on your left.
