We are about a 10 minute walk from Old Market Square – where the Council House and water fountains are.

Walk up Long Row West (Angel Row), past the Central Library. Continue straight up the pedestrianised Chapel Bar and past Las Iguanas, Fat Cat and Tonic.

You will reach a large roundabout at the top of the street. At the roundabout cross the pedestrian crossing and head to the Perfect Furniture shop and the Gatehouse Pub.

Look to your left and you will see the RBS building. Cross the road and walk to the RBS building. Walk up the hill on the right-hand side of the RBS building (this is Derby Road). Stay on the left-hand side of the road.

Carry on walking up Derby Road for approximately 5 minutes. At the junction, keep to the left and walk past The Ropewalk and Police Station. Keep walking. You will then see Clinton House on your left.
