Care NVQ Awards
On Thursday January 24th Care Training honoured the achievements of their NVQ Graduates.

It was a joyous occasion with past students and their friends and families celebrating their success. They received certificates for their hard work and dedication to their NVQ in Health & Social Care (and the
Care industry).

The certificates were presented by Alex Ford (one of Care Training’s Directors) to emphasise how highly thought of the students are and how much their accomplishments mean to Care Training.

The ceremony was followed by celebratory drinks and nibbles for all to enjoy. Students caught up with their past assessors and reminisced about when they were studying.

Once the afternoon drew to a close, sad farewells were exchanged. It was a proud day for everyone involved. Thank you to the award winners and care home Managers for attending.

At the event Sue Clifford, Manager of Highfields Care Home, told us that she thinks, “training can add more to your job. It allows you to keep the momentum going. Ultimately an NVQ supports employees in representing their skills and hard work.”
