On 21st May Care Training East Midlands (CTEM) held the VIP Care Managers Meeting to find out exactly what managers at care and childcare companies think about training. Managers and senior staff from a variety of backgrounds were invited to CTEM to eat, drink, network and give us their opinions on the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to staff training.
As part of CTEM’s commitment to continuous improvement, direct feedback from companies we supply training to is crucial. It ensures that the service we supply is supporting organisations in their development.
CTEM gained some constructive feedback on how to improve the service, as well as the following comments about their service:
“I haven’t got any thing bad to say, the training is really good. One of the best
to be honest.”
“They [the assessors] are really supportive; it’s not just a 9 to 5 for them.”
Carla Southerland, Arnold House
“I’m really pleased [with the training supplied], this is the third provider we have had over the years. [CTEM] are just absolutely brilliant. The assessor we have is part of the family.”
Norma Smith, Sycamore House
