Anthony didn’t just get one job offer through ignite, he got two!

“When I first came to ignite I was really impressed with the relaxed, inviting atmosphere. Everyone had a smile on their face and I didn’t feel nervous at all.

“Throughout the programme I received support from Jess, Gemma and James to help me find employment. When I was invited to interviews I practised with them to make sure I felt confident and I knew about the company who were interviewing me.

“Thanks to the support through the ignite project I had lots of interviews. So many that I received two job offers. I begin employment with Fostering People soon and will enrol on the Apprenticeship in Business & Administration through Positive Outcomes once I am settled into my new job.

“I loved attending ignite. I always attended the training – I didn’t want to miss out on anything – I felt it was a waste to miss any sessions.

“My advice for anyone thinking about going to ignite – make sure you turn up. You will not get the support to get a job otherwise. It was unbelievably amazing.”
