Following on from the success of our NVQ in Supporting Teaching & Learning External Verifier visit, we've had great results for our NVQ in Children's Care, Learning & Development.

The NVQ in Children's Care, Learning & Development is a flexible work-based qualification that is nationally
recognised. It is aimed at people who work with children and
young people aged 0–16 and is relevant to people working in day care, crèches, preschools and schools, hospitals, primary care and
community-based services such as SureStart programmes.

Care Training's NVQ in Children's Care, Learning & Development got the best score you can get from CACHE (the awarding body) for the second time in a row: a 1.0.

Suzanne Whiting, the External Verifier, was very impressed and said Care Training is "one of the best examples I have seen" and " is offering an excellent service to its clients in the area of Children’s Care, Learning and Development".

She also said, "Assessment planning, feedback and review is carried out and recorded in a very clear, holistic way.  The process embraces all aspects of the evidence."

Other positive aspects were Care Training's good management systems, assessments and support for candidates with particular needs, especially in the areas of ESOL.
