Care Training East Midlands (CTEM) aim is to support businesses in development and improvement. Nevertheless, as a company we also strive to improve the service we provide. CTEM are currently working towards the Training Quality Standard (TQS).

The standard is there to ensure that as a company we reflect the needs of the employers when looking to train and develop their business and staff.

A consultancy with a TQS adviser has assessed what CTEM need to do to achieve the award. So now we need to gather the evidence and demonstrate our high levels of responsiveness in delivering training and development solutions.
