RAILWAY SAFETY ENGINEER
MATTHEW COLLINSON FROM CHADDESDEN, DERBY, COMPLETED ROUTES INTO WORK FOR SECURITY; HE IS NOW WORKING AS A RAILWAY SAFETY ENGINEER. HE SAYS, “CARE TRAINING STAFF MOTIVATE YOU WHILST YOU ARE THERE. THEY SUPPORT YOU TO LOOK FOR THE RIGHT JOB FOR YOU”.
Sales Assistant Shana White completed Work Focused Training for Retail; She now works for an independent newsagent in Beeston, Nottingham.
TRAINEE MECHANIC Kevin Lovatt from Broxtowe, Nottingham, completed Work Focused Training for Warehousing & Fork Lift Truck Awareness; he is now training to be a mechanic and works at Jim Steel in Bilborough, Nottingham.

Care First Careers
The health and social care sector offers challenging and rewarding careers supporting adults who are elderly, have disabilities or mental health problems, to live as independently as possible.
Support Worker Kirsty Caine completed Care First Careers; she is now a Support Worker at Woodley House in Ruddington, Nottingham.
Kirsty says, “Care Training helped me to sell myself and the experience that I had now gained with Care Training; I was so happy to get an interview for the first job I applied for, and then to be offered the job was amazing. I could not believe it!”
