Inspection Perfection!

The Ofsted Inspectors paid their second visit to Care Training in 6 months. After great feedback from the December inspection of our nextstep Advice and Guidance services, the Ofsted team came to Market Square House on the 25th and 26th of June to inspect our Jobcentre Plus New Deal provision, a programme managed by our partners Instant Muscle.


Here’s what the inspectors had to say about Care Training’s delivery:

• “Very good planning of provision”
• “Particularly engaged and highly motivated learners”
• “Highly skilled tutors and specialist staff”
• “All work towards qualifications”
• “Very good resources – premises and equipment”
• “Wide-ranging employer links”
• “Good range of programmes for progression opportunities”
• “Particularly effective use of data to monitor progress and make improvements”
• “Job Entry Rate (JER) has risen to highest level yet in June at 66%”

Well done to everybody involved in the inspection which clearly demonstrates Care Training’s commitment to excellence.

We are busy trying to get Ofsted to come in and inspect the whole company and convert these reports into an overall inspection Grade 1 and become recognised as an outstanding provider.
