Will I get paid?
The minimum wage for an apprentice is £95 per week (changing to £2.50 per hour in Oct 2010). This has been calculated to match the package of allowances and benefits that young people might receive were they in full-time education or unwaged training. Certain employers pay their apprentices more than the minimum amount.
