Rahil decided to come to Care Training after talking to his Jobcentre Plus adviser. He now has a Future Jobs Fund position with the Community Learning Network completing business administration activities and designing leaflets.
Following a staff survey across the whole of the workforce Lands' End identified a need for training relevant to individual employee roles. Lands' End engaged with Central Skills through The Business Link Skills Portal, and now Central Skills provide them with training in the Warehouse, Administration and Customer Service Teams.

As well as working part-time and looking after her daughter, Virginia volunteers at Inspire's offices at least eight hours a week as an administrator to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration.
Before coming to Care Training East Midlands, Marie Henrys was a full time mum to her two girls, now aged 10 and five. After completing the New Deal Business Administration Programme for Lone Parents she is now completing a work trial at Central Skills, acting as Tutor Support to the Literacy and Numeracy Tutor at Central Skills.
