The last time we updated you on Amy, in January this year, she had completed her New Deal Hospitality course and was feeling confident and excited about her new job at the Hilton Hotel. Nine months on and Amy has gone from strength to strength.

Care Training staff were delighted when Amy excitedly told them she had been promoted to House Keeping Supervisor. Amy is very enthusiastic about her new role: she really enjoys her job and has made some good friends.

Amy says, “I was so happy when my manager gave me the promotion. I can’t believe how far I have come, my family is really proud of me… and the pay rise is great!”
