In January this year Danny was referred on to New Deal Hospitality by his Bulwell Jobcentre Plus Adviser, Joanne. After 18 months of interviews and disappointments, he was desperate to get back into work. With support from his tutors at Care Training Danny’s confidence in his ability grew. With a new CV and a determined attitude he was offered a job as a bar tender at the Park Inn Nottingham. In just two weeks Danny really impressed his boss and he was promoted to Assistant Manager. Danny says, “I didn’t realise how useful New Deal would be. I am so grateful to my tutors Sam, Ryan and Vicky for their help”.
