Care Training held a recruitment day for East Midlands Airport (EMA) at their Nottingham office. EMA had a variety of job vacancies available in all different departments of the airport. The event allowed learners the opportunity to speak to Dawn Price, the Employment Network Manager for EMA, about the vacancies on offer and complete an application form on the day.

Jessica Grice, Employer Engagement Manager for Care Training says, “The day was a massive success; Dawn managed to speak to 28 people at the event and invited a number of these people to interview. From this, 12 people successfully found employment from the recruitment day in a variety of areas of work at EMA. Care Training will continue to strive to make as many opportunities like this available to our learners.”

Two of Care Training's learners that attended the East Midlands Airport recruitment day, and successfully found employment, were Natasha and Bobby.
